UMinhoTech is a network of R&D institutions, acting as key research transfer agents between the research laboratories of the University of Minho, companies and institutions that seek innovation in their products and services.
The UMinhoTech network aims to enhance the economic value of the R&D results produced by the University of Minho and its technological interfaces, and to strengthen the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge to the business sector.
CCG´s main activity is the applied research and development, in the fields of computer graphics, information systems, communication and Electronic technologies, as well as to their application.
Innovation in engineering of polymers,in sectors as the production of plastics components applied for aeronautics, footwear production, car manufacturing, electronics, transports.
Promotion of university connection to society, in the areas of science and technology. There are three main lines of action: Continuing Training, Technology Transfer and University Entrepreneurship.
Research, scientific analysis and actual application services in the waste valorization area. CVR has the necessary expertise to support projects and initiatives related to the management of a wide variety of industrial waste streams.
